It was part of a broader Consumer Segmentation Roadmap project that examined a series of strategic segments that might act as steppingstones to help advance NY EV markets toward the mainstream and beyond into priority populations.
This work focused on understanding past adoption of EVs in DACs and identifying factors associated with adoption that might inform messaging, incentive design or other strategies to encourage consumers to purchase or lease an EV. Read the article here.
