Meghna Eluganti has over 10 years of multidisciplinary experience in software/hardware design, data analysis, data visualization and public policy analysis. At CSE, she manages a team of researchers and leads research and evaluation focused on electric vehicle (EV) adoption and EV incentive programs. She holds a M.S. in energy science, technology and policy from Carnegie Mellon University with a focus on engineering and public policy and a B.S. in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Kansas.
