CSE provides customer service for applicants to New York's Truck Voucher Incentive Program, a fleet vehicle replacement initiative promoting use of zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty trucks and buses in the state.
By subsidizing the purchase of new, cleaner trucks and buses and increasing their use, the program is designed to curb harmful air pollution, reduce greenhouse gases and lessen the transportation sector’s dependence on petroleum. Incentives range from $100,000 - $220,000 based on a vehicle type and weight class.
The program is managed by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
